Saturday/Sunday - April 17 - 18, 2010 - Gumpaste Tulip Class: Learn to make these remarkable flowers in this two-day class, along with other spring flowers. Previous gumpaste experience required. Not recommended for beginners. Class hours are 9 am - 3 pm on Saturday and from 10 am to 1 pm on Sunday. Cost is $175.00. Class size is limited. Saturday - April 24, 2010 - Freehand and Brush Embroidery Class: These techniques, done in Royal icing, can add a delicate design to your cakes and cookies. In our hands-on, three-hour class, you will learn the steps needed to create this elegant look. No prior experience is required. Cost $48.00 -

Saturday - May 8, 2010 - Fondant Basics: In this one-day class participants will learn how to make a smooth and level cake covered in fondant. Saturday/Sunday - May 22 - 23, 2010 - Gumpaste Orchids: In this two-day class participants will make Cymbidium and Moth orchids. Prior gumpaste experience required. All supplies will be provided. Saturday - June 12, 2010 - Fairytale Cookie Dresses and Tea Party: Back by Popular Demand! Participants will learn to make adorable dress cookies.
